Ordering

I would like you to receive your purchase as soon as possible. UK delivery usually takes seven to 10 days, but may be much sooner. All UK purchases are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For delivery.

International orders may take up to a week in transit, and up to 10 days for delivery (although they could be stuck in customs for longer). Our shipping and handling charges are as follows:

All Vanessa Plana pieces come beautifully gift wrapped. We are very happy to add a handwritten gift message for you and send it directly to a gift recipient. All free, of course.

Personalised products are made to order and are therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We will however, exchange parts of your order such as chains or cords if these are not the right length or colour.

Any non-personalised products that have not met your expectations and wish to return should be sent back in its original packaging and condition within 28 days of receiving it. Send your returns via a ‘Signed For’ service or retain your proof of postage (otherwise we won’t be able to help you) to:

Upon the receipt of your item we will refund you via Paypal. Paypal will then inform you that the refund has been made. This can take up to 7 days. Returns postage is not refunded. We offer a 1 year warranty on all products. The warranty does not cover breakage due to incorrect use, wear and tear or third party repairs.
